When I receive my order, how long will the food stay fresh for?

Our food is all hand made to order each day & delivered in hot or cold boxes (depending on the dish) to maximise the advantage of our freshly prepared dishes. We advise you to keep the coverings on until you’re ready to eat to ensure maximum freshness.

How much advanced notice is required to place a catering order?

We ask that all orders are in by 12.00 pm the day prior to delivery.  Orders for Mondays need to be placed by 12.00 pm Friday.

How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed via email, or on our website.

How do I pay for my catering order?

Payment must be done by cash or cheque to our driver or for larger orders by bank transfer

Cheques should be made payable to Starlet Cuisine.

Account facilities can also be arranged.
