Bigos – A Polish savoury stew of cabbage and meat

This stew is a very popular dish in Poland. No party, or celebration can be without it!

Our bigos is made from fresh cabbage, mixed with sour cabbage, pork, chicken, beef, and Polish sausage mixed with vegetables,mushroom, red wine, and tomatoes and spices.

We cook our bigos to perfection so all you have to do is reheat and enjoy the wonderful taste. As with many stews, bigos can be refrigerated and reheated later.  Reheating will only add to the flavor and aroma.

Bigos is usually eaten with rye bread and potatoes.
